Do you live near Bad People?  

barbaraeyre no I have no idea as I live in this retirement center with about 100 other people but from what I see on our street here the neighbors are all really nice people , law abiding , I have never seen a lot of police cars come around. oddly a lot of these people are vietnamese which will sound odd to you as I am in garden grove California in the US. but we here are in the middle of a settlement called Little Saigon where a whole lot of vietnamese people all settled in this one area. they seem like really nice quiet well mannered people and are all very courteous and pleasant to talk to. We just do not see police cars come into this area except when one of the older people here have a medical emergency and sometimes the police are also called but not very often. Several times the police have been here because a resident has gone missing and the staff are afraid that he or she might have fallen,or got lost or whatever. But there just is not any crime here which I am so thanful for.

Oh man... This is a terrible experience. I have been pretty fortunate in this matter.

I would suggest you change your place of residence. I know it might sound cowardly etc., but hey we're not on the same terms with these people. I mean, they're criminals. And we're decent ones, right? Why be around such people and ruin our happy lives...? I can imagine it must be very hard for you to live happily with such a crowd in your neighborhood. May such troubles vanish very fast... Good Luck!!

My experience is not serious as yours.After graduate from college,our five classmates rent a apartment in an old district.The bulding is poor at sound insulation.The man and wife who live on upstairs always like to argue at midnight,they beat each other,screech.We are often waken up by their screen.They always agure for more than an hour,during this hour ,We cannot sleep anymore.Our poor five classmates had to go to work the next day.We have tell the man on the updstairs many times,hope they make them noisy a little low,but has no effect.So after sometimes ,we earn a little more,we move to other district.

Terrible!


IMHO the best thing to do is to try not caring (at least in public). Whatever you do just don`t try to resolve the situation yourself or try to reason with them, it will just get worse.

This is a nature of the universe, evrything moment of your would not pleasing, you have to some problems, so like rise and fall in the life, our society also act same. We can't get all good people around us , it definately consist of bad people, Exception are there. In my society two or three families who are very notorious, Compassion and affection too far from their heart.They fight with their neighbour without knowing reason, They dominate lineant people. I hate all these people.

I have neighbors that drug addicts , drunkards , pick pockets and mostly everything under the sun.. so i may be living near "bad" people

well.. few months back, we had something similar.. some of the guys from neighborhood would come and hangout in a godown near my home.. they would just be drinking and smoking but don't know about whether drugs were involved..sometimes, they would stop vehicles and demand money to buy more alcohol.. but then, the people in the neighborhood just made up sort of a club or a committee to enforce some rules and regulations and now we don't get any sort of trouble from these guys..

i am living the peoples who have very very and even extremely bad activities and characteristics, but we have to adapt these type of things and behaviors some time, because we are compelled to do that, but sometimes we can rejuvenate all the differences, but we accept this, and then suddenly it crosses the limit, and we faced the difficulties and challenges /............. we have avoid them

I live in an apartment complex. And, one of the managers of the complex was letting in some real bad people. They were dealing drugs, making a lot of loud noise, and everything under the sun. They leave us alone, so my partner and I don't do much about it, but its apparently so bad we need a security guard in our complex at night, who apparently can't do much of anything.
