It's not really one of those things you can say it is "for you". Like mentioning your favorite book or something. It's undisputed. The Bible is the biggest best-seller of all time. And still going strong for a book that's been on the market for several millenniums. I keep two in my nightstand table. I read a chapter every night before bed.
