Do you go to sleep if you get sleepy but when it's not time for sleeping?

I always feel sleepy in 2 time windows, from 9:00 am to 10:am and from 2:pm to 3:pm. But the 2 time windows are always for having classes and working. I wonder is it good for health if just go to sleep when getting sleepy even when it is not time for that? Now my way to overcome being sleepy is eating foods, doing exercises, chatting with other. But I guess it harmful to overcome it painstakingly, is it?

Well, though i manage my timings like time to eat, time to work , time to sleep. But when i am really hungry, i dont stick to my time and so as my sleep. Its good when you go to sleep if you are really. That is healthy for mind and body.

Those are natural times for everyone to feel sleepy. Your body goes through boom and bust cycles, basically. The boom cycles are when you feel good, energized, awake, and the bust cycles tend to be when you're running low on energy, perhaps food, get a little tired and lagging. I can't remember exactly why they happen, but they happen at fairly regular and predictable times. We learned about it in biology a couple years ago. I usually just try to switch tasks and find ways to keep myself awake because I don't have time to sleep. Even when I DO have time to sleep I can't nowadays! Hence the fact that it is 3AM here and I'm still on mylot when I tried going to bed 3 hours ago and couldn't fall asleep. xD I'm still waiting for myself to feel tired enough to actually go to bed instead of just sitting up all night! I bet I'll feel the late night in the morning, though, for sure.

i sleep because im sleepy, it energizes me and makes me feel active when i wake up.

I really have no idea if it is harmful or not. Usually I sleep only during the night but yes sometimes I really feel very sleepy or if I am quite tired then I just go to sleep doesn't look like it has harmed me till now. I do avoid sleeping during the day though

It happen to me as well, What i did just to resolve my sleeping problem was to set my schedule right and know what I need to do first and know my time for sleep. You have a point that a balance diet and proper exercise will really help. But for me the most effective way is to read books and try to read fast because it makes me sleepy when i do that. Always remember a complete sleep start a good day with a smile. God bless
