Have you experienced an earthquake?  

Well, are you all safe? myLot user newuserptc mentioned about this earthquake! Oh, it must have been really frightening during the earthquake - good thing that you did not panic and you stayed calm! Well, take cover under a table or something like that! Well, we had an earthquake before 6 years of magnitude 3.7 - nothing to fear - a mild tremor. We could faintly feel it!

I have been in one earth quake as they are very rare here in uk,

and to be honest I loved it he he he but I think I am a bit strange in that way as I want to experience everything in this life.

I am thinking of going storm hunting next year in the states looking for twisters as I would love to experience everything nature has to offer.

my exprience about earthquake, was very uniqe and rare. it happen on 2006.
the earthquake magnitude not big, but it take every 2-5 minuets i think a day.
imagine it can reached 200 shocked a day.
thats very scare us.
so we just move our bed to room nearest the exit door.
but it's stop after3 months.
we scare if happen big earthquake.

I am from the USA and live in the central part of the state of Missouri. YES we did have a small earth quake here a couple of years ago. About 200 miles south of me they are more apt to have the earth quakes.

Yes i have experinced twice in jabalpur(madhya pradesh) india of 6.1 magnitude and that too early morning 3-30 time and it was so scary that we all neighbourhood rushed out of the house and did not enter till late 12 in the noon and also one more time of 5.6 magnitude and i will never forget those tremors in my life it was like the train going under the floor with full speed

I experienced an earthquake when I was in Indonesia. Me and my friends was eating in the food court at one mall, and it was on 6th floor. Suddenly the building start shaking, so did the table and everything on the table is moving around. When everybody start screaming earthquake, we ran as fast as we can, didn't want to take a chance getting trap if the mall start falling down.
We are so busy running, we even forget to pay for the food.!

Yes we had experienced earthquake many times ,fortunately it was not never the disastrous one ever. What we did was left everything and came out of our home.Although the magnitude was 6.8 . Our friends and family members from different places started calling about our welfare.It was quite frightening also.I noticed that ceiling fan started moving on its own . Once we were sleeping and we were woken up and felt that the bed was moving.Fortunately we were all safe but it was quite frightening.

in my area there were some earthquakes. but all of them were at nigth and i did not feel but due to kindness of god we were safe and i think i dont want to even face ever. as i think those people can understand the pain of the earthquake who have lost their owns.
