Allergies are out of control this year! Any natural cures???

yeah this is the time of the year that it is bad for me too as I get the allergies with the headaches and if not for that it probably wouldn't be too bad to deal with I mean a little sneezing can be annoying at times, but you can deal with that and right not the trees are just starting to blossom here as all of the little seedlings are falling out all over the yard and me and my dad spent most of the one dad trying to rake them up out of the yard.

I think I was affected by my allergies yesterday, because I got up in the morning like I have been doing and then by the time it hit 2 pm yesterday I was fatigued and I had to go lay down I figured maybe take a little nap a hour or so, but I was asleep for 3 hours and I don't take naps so something was definitely up with me and I figure it was either my allergies or being out in the sun a lot the day before or a combination of the two.

If you figure out something that helps with the allergies you be sure to let me in on it too.

One of the reasons that I hate to go work out in the yard during springtime is that I am so allergic to poison oil, poison ivy, and sumac. Just being around this stuff seems to make me sick. I start swelling around my eyes and other places, face gets red and ichy, etc.

it's summer here and kids normally experience coughing and occasional fever due to the heat. But nothing that can't be taken care of by any over the counter meds.
