what is better iphone or sidekick?  

Well features wise I guess I would love to have and use and Iphone. On the other hand for cost efficiency and performance I find my samsung sidekick is perfect, picture this: no 100+ dollar bills.

Well, I don't think there's one universal answer for everyone who's looking for a cell phone. I personally don't like touch screen phones & I've used I-phones before, all 3 different versions of it, and hated them. If I'm not mistaken, sidekick is made for T-Mobile. Unless you have one that's unlocked, I'm assuming you're with T-Mobile. I personally am with T-Mobile myself & am pretty happy with their service. If you're looking for touch screen phone & happy with T-Mobile's service, I would look for a touchscreen phone within t-mobile. I-Phone isn't really all that good, in my opinion. I used to work in a place that sold cell phones & at first, I thought it was service provider's issues. When I was using i-phone, I kept getting dropped calls & internet was really slow. That's with full 3G service. Again, I thought it was AT&T issue or coverage issue but one of my co-worker has a regular flip phone through AT&T & he was standing right next to me. He didn't have any problems at all when I was getting issues with I-Phone. If it works for you, great, but I personally am skeptical about the phone. I had original i-phone, i-phone 3G, & i-phone 3Gs. Matter in fact, I was thinking about going to AT&T after being with Nextel. I-Phone was the reason why I stayed away from AT&T. But I'm sure everyone else's experience is different. Just for the record, I was having issues around PA & NY area.

iphones seem cooler to me. they have all the sweet applications and they make a huge effort to be user friendly. apple's stuff always works the way its supposed to so I know the iphone is really reliable too.

I have never used an iphone, but I have used a sidekick. It really didn't do all that i thought it would, but since it didn't then I decided to change phones. I am now with Verizon Wireless, as I just wasn't getting as much from T-Mobile, as I thought I would as I kept getting dropped calls, as that is what is bad about them, as they just don't have all that good a service. I really like Verizon Wireless, and I don't have problems with dropped calls either. The phone I have now to me, far surpasses the iphone, as it is a Samsung Omnia 11, and it is the best phone I have ever had, and I intend to keep it for a very long time. i consider iphone just a market trend so if you buy an iphone you are cool if not you aren't!!In reality iphone is a phone as many others and it is not so special from my point of view may be if we can find something of especial in the iphone is surely the price but i think is not enough to consider it the best phone or good phone too..
