I wanted to add the following for the newcomers:

If you have skills do what chipesterkhan mentioned. Do a FREELANCE job. Ask people for legit sites. WE ARE HERE TO HELP. NEVER forget that.

And something else.

Data entry jobs: Seriously you are NOT going to find ANY well-paid data entry job. EVERYONE can type. And when I say EVERYONE I mean it. The speed with which you write doesn't consider them as long as what you write is the correct thing. If it's not then YOU LOOSE money.

Stay away from the obvious !

actually there is none. They only one that can save you is PayPal and from what I remember, they do not support the fact that you get scammed by PTC sites. Sad, but they clearly state it at their TOS

Personally, I changed tab when I used to traffic exchange for these 20 seconds and came back just to click the captcha.

The bad thing for a blogger if you traffic exchange is that you see your analytics being full of rubbish traffic and that MATTERS at your PAGE RANK. Google sees it, checks it and makes your blog's rank miserable.

yea there are a lot of people that do that but you are not looking for those kind of people. You are looking for the one who really wants to earn money online and is using traffic exchanges for ways to earn money online.

get legit traffic by actually asking people to go to your website

and if the other person has a blog ask them to exchange links with you

In matter of fact, physical ways of advertising (posters, cards etc) are the MOST EFFICIENT. I am planning on putting some posters at my college about my blog.

You're absolutely right.

Doing something you like will make you enjoy it thus write more content.
Also you have to be an expert at your niche. I 100% believe that.

Other than that, well affiliate marketing requires blogging if you want to be a successful affiliate marketer. I though it was obvious but I'm really thankful that you brought it up!

That's what I mean after all. One guy helps the other and at the end we all do gain experience.

Actually you don't even need to your own web site or blog to earn decent money via affiliate marketing.

For some, who don't want the hassle, don't know how etc. to setup or create a site/blog, There's plenty of ways to promote affiliate products using other methods: Using articles (and free article directories) is one way and while I don't use them (and doubt I ever will) in some instances traffic exchanges etc can be a good way to sell affiliate products - again it all comes to to each individual taking the time to decide what works best for them.

Ah you are right. But yes me too, I would never do it that way!
But of course, you never know what faith drives you on doing.
