Have you ever tried playing Silent Hill alone in a dark room with HiFi system?  

Waaaa!! That's the most horrifying thing one could ever do to me. I could recall when my brothers got addicted to that game. They played with it using our huge television (then it wasn't LCD or LED T.V.s) and would turn off the lights and increase the sound level so you'd really feel that someone is breathing on your neck!

I hated them for doing such. But they loved the idea. It's like watching a horror flick but you're deciding what to do. I am not fond of playing these games at night because it gives me nightmares, it's okay if I play it in the morning. But these guys (my brothers) intentionally will play it at night and I didn't have a choice because even if I'm in my room, the sound of screaming would penetrate the walls!

Hahahah...

I'm glad they've discovered World of Warcraft instead!

Not yet, but still even without one the SCARE LEVEL is simply out of bounds! I say 11/10 if rated at that. I try to not play it alone as much as I could...I don't know but it always gives me the creeps,even when I play the first game up to now! I can play resident evil games without one around even at night or midnight,but Silent Hill?No way!But sometimes if I intend to finish a title of Silent Hill again,I can play the game with somebody sleeping beside me,but not without one for a company while I game.
