Do you take vitamins or food supplements in a daily basis?  |

| Hello! im on my early thirty's and even before that age, i used to take vitamin C and vitamin E on a regular basis, everyday after eating my breakfast i usually take those two. Recently, i even take malunggay capsule its a food supplement made from malunggay leaves (moringa oleifera. According to the recent studies about this miracle tree, malunggay leaves has 4x the calcium in milk, 3x the potassium in banana same vitamin C contents of 7 oranges, 4x the vitamin A in carrot and much much more. For a mere 6 pesos per capsule, my body will benefit much so i promised myself to take this vitamins and food supplement for the rest of my life. But when I moved here in my hometown I no longer take vitamins. I guess and I think I dont need those vitamins because I can say that I am healthy.
