what is the correct word or pahse to discribe "let me step on your shoulder"?

when I am in a sitution that I want to climb over a high wall,but it is too high to climb over for my single one,so I must ask for some help to my company,should I say:"give me your shoulder""let me step on your shoulder""raise me up"?or something else?thanks to everybody

"Give me a boost"? Or maybe "Help me get up there". Neither of those ask specifically for a shoulder, but they both ask for help in getting over it.
