why those who doesnt have arms continue to live But why those who cut their own

Because somebody stopped the bleeding on the person who lost their arm. even the one that cut their wrist didn't die instantly, no doubt it took a while for them to bleed out.

yeah most do it wrong to make it slow, not saying how but anyways. people who does this are one weak, two selfness. to me i have tried to kill myself once by taking pills, i was sick and threw up. glad it didnt work. there is no one or anything that would make it do it again. specaily for anyone. even my wife. most people think people tell them before they do it, 90% of people dont. family and friends fail to see the sign of depression.
