The sign does not make sense to me. Why would the LP party (I assume that they are referring to Noynoy's party) is pro-drugs. What's the basis? Are the local candidates of LP known as druglords there? Or have they run out of things to say?

Here in our province, the admin's crusade is an all-out war against illegal drugs and the governor's rival is rumored to be a drug lord or is one who supports drug activities in the province. Also in their line-up, a candidate for vice-mayor is also said to be a drug lord. Now, the opposition is throwing the mud to the administration. So, there's already a word war here.
