hey, i am from hamilton and i belong to save.ca, which is a great site for coupons, also to smart cannucks. you can also go into store's websites and join their mailing list which is a great place to also get them (i get a weekly mailing from michaels which gives me coupons every week).

I also live in Ontario Canada. I have been using freebies and coupons for about 2 years now. I dont think I could stop using coupons while out shopping. I dont normally use coupons for groceries or food since Im on a restricted diet so majority of the products I use done have coupons. But I use them on pretty much everything else. Basically, you collect coupons for products (not just products you use youself). Organize them however you want. Sort through the ones you want and wont use. For the one for yourself stock up on the coupons and wait for a sale and use the load of coupons and stockpile. Do this and you will save a handful. Then with the ones you dont use you go online and trade with others. You then trade and receive the coupons you will use. I usually use save.ca or brandsaver.ca majority of the time. You can also email the company majority of the companies I have emailed or called have sent me coupons. Ive had a few that rejected but meh no biggy. Just keep your eyes open a lot of companies will have promos out and also sign up for their newsletter, promos, or email link Ive gotten a lot of random free product coupons from them.

lots of coupon sites out there. Just google coupons. You can also go to Spoofee.com they have freebies, and deals on different things.

I order freebies when ever I can find them. Most of the time they come with a coupon for a full size item. I save the coupons until there is a sale on the item and then I get the double savings. I also end up on mailing lists somtimes, I assume through the freebies, where I will get more coupons later with out the samples.
