Sent the National Guard to Chicago

It seems that there are some calling for the National Guard to help the Chicago Police as the murder rate shoots past 100 this year (113 dead). Is this what we can except with the Democrats in Control. Chicago, Detroit, and Washington DC all run by Democrats for Decades and all three have high unemployment, poor schools and high crime and murder. I forgot to mention they all have strict gun control laws.
Do we need to bring in new leaders from outside the state to clean up the mess?
