Is it true that some stubborn stains can be cleaned with Coca Cola?

Hello mario and welcome to myLot. There have been a lot of claims about how great coke is for cleaning. It is supposed to clean the rings out of toilets and removing rust from chrome on cars and cleaning the terminals on car batteries, and loosening rusty bolts, They are all myths according to snopes. So in my opinion if you try to remove any stains with coke you will just have more stains.
Here is something that my granddaughter learned while traveling with her high school band and we use it here at home now. Take a bar of soap and rub it on the wet stain and wash as usual. We have even taken out stains that have been through the dryer and you know that stains are set in dryers.

Really? Who told you about this? It's weird because if you spill Coca Cola on your white shirt, it will definitely stain. I'm thinking...if you put Coca Cola on your stained shirt, it will stain more...and give you a brownish tint! ha!ha!

heheh... that's true. and then you try and wash off that stain with more coca cola, and the stain becomes worst. if the person was really daft, then they'll be caught in that circle forever..!
