Why would they not print the letter?  

Thanks for the response. I realize that newspapers do not have to print anything they don't want to. I was only concerned that if they don't have the kindness in them to give a reason then how are we to believe anything that they print.

I'm sorry I guess I was misinformed I thought that newspapers were there to let us know what was going on in this land. If they are just to distort and only print what the printer wants to then what good are they?
Did you even bother to read the letter? It does have some points that, in my humble opinion, should be answered.

Whoa, don't take offense! Yes, I read the letter. And I agree with a lot of his points. You asked why they wouldn't print the letter, and I told you. They get lots of submissions, and they don't print everything they receive. In fact, they print very little of what they receive. Just because we find something print-worthy doesn't mean that the staff at the paper will. They might have chosen not to print it because it was repetitive or because there was another article they liked even better. I don't know. If they were to NEVER print anything that represented his viewpoints, THEN you can assume they're biased in what they print. Since I've never read the New York Times in my life, I can't tell you whether or not they accurately represent all viewpoints. Don't assume that the reason they didn't print it is because they were trying to stifle Lou Pritchette's viewpoint. The reason likely has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with space, time, and money.

Thank you for commenting. I don't know Obamma and when I do searches on him I get blocked from a lot of sources. Kinda makes one wonder if he is trying to hide something.
