Starbucks or Tim Horton's?  

My husband and I want to get some new (ground) coffee and don't know what kind to buy. We used to get generic brands, which were average, but now that we're drinking more coffee, we want to invest in something good! The two brands we were thinking are Starbucks and Tim Horton's. Have you had either of these kinds? What do you think of them? My real question is, what kind should we get? I want to consider price, taste, etc. With all these factors considered, which kind would you buy? I know both are a little more expensive than your average case of ground coffee, but it sure beats the generic kinds! I've had Starbucks coffee made fresh directly from the coffee shop, but not the regular ground coffee you can make yourself. I'm not sure exactly what it tastes like. I've had Tim Horton's homemade coffee, but not the kind from the coffee shop. I think Tim Horton's coffee is very unique because it doesn't have too strong of an aftertaste like coffee normally does, but Starbucks brand seems to have an excellent taste as well. Please help us with our dilemma! If you have another brand of coffee you would suggest instead, please do share!
