| |
| I read a lot of topics in myLot about their pets and they were so happy sharing about them here, and that makes me think how happy to have pet then? I'm considering having a pet but I really don't know which pet I'm going to have.I'm considering a friendly pet, easy to take care of and at least easy to train up.. I need your suggestion here my fellow myLotters which pet would you suggest for me to have and takes care of. I'd love to hear from you guys..Thank you in advance. | | my pet | | | | |

| | I think you should pick a pet that you like...we can all make suggestions but I'd say either a fish, cat or even a small puppy. I started my daughter with a beta fish-they're beautiful, don't cost much and easy to care for. She then bumped up to a cat...which isn't cuddly but easy to care for. | | | | | | |

| | I'm not a huge fan of cats but I love mine. He is fixed and declawed on all fours (be kind we rescued him at 5years old as is). I needed a cat only to get rid of mice at the time but have fallen in love. I have a full time job and two young kids and even though I love dogs I don't think it's fair to not give them the time and attention they need. Cats are easy and loveable and based on what you are wanting that's my suggestion. Cats are independent and will tell you when it's time to love them and are not needy like dogs. | | | | | | |

| | I don't have any pets now but I may. There are so many dogs and cats in my complex that I don't feel a need to add another to the troup. The biggest thing to consider is your time factor, Cloud. Before you get any pet remember that they require a lot of time and energy. You seem like a nice lady and I am sure you will have no trouble. Let me see...I will match your face picture with a pet.....absolutely no reptiles...no monkeys....ah....ok. Check out a Persian kitten (expensive if you go with papers, but not too bad without). Everyone that I have known had distinct personalities and are fun pets! Keep me posted, ok? | | | | | | |

| | LOL...they are cute for real! If I were inclined to get another one, it would probably be a persian, but if you do get a long hair variety (any animal) you will spend a lot of time keeping it groomed. For your sake and the pets, keep the time factor in mind. | | | |

| | I suggest you go for puppy, they were friendly when young and you can train them easily and you need to be responsible enough to takes care of them.I'm just worried you can't smile when they make fun of you scattering things around.LOL | | | | | | |

| | I think you want to pick a pet you feel loving about, is going to be easy to be easy to maintain and care about, and make sure you have the time to do it. Remember that if you like to travel its expensive and annoying having to find someone to help take care of your pet in your absence. | | | | | | |

| | Good points to consider for sure. I "housesits" pets around here when people travel and don't mind because I am free with my time, but it could be a pain in the butt if you travel a lot. | | | |

| | oh I am glad you see my points. I would recommend still house sit, maybe do some pet sitting too or dog walking, make some money and see how you like the idea of taking care of pets day in and day out. Later if you like one then you will know more. | | | |

| | Hey Cloud, is good to be in touch again. Yes my computer crashed and could not do this work for some time. Now I have to catch up with 200 post lol. I would recommend a York Shire Terrier, a female. Those are awesome pets and very loving. | | | |

| | A friendly pet is surely a dog, Select the one which suits your place. Like, don't get a big dog is you have limited space for play, maybe you should get a toy pup or a small one if your place is small. And get one that doesn't require much grooming if you have no time to take care of his grooming, get one with short hairs instead. A small dog won't require much food too and their poops are easy to clean up in case they get accidents in side the house... Good luck!!! | | | | | | |

| | A dog will be the best pet to have. They are trainable, lovable, easy to take care of and best of all they are very loyal. Another thing I love dogs is that they are very affectionate. The breed will depend on you. But I suggest a bulldog. They are kinda cute for me. And you will seldom see someone having a bulldog here in the Philippines so your pet will be unique. | | | | | | |
