| Products and tricks that works  | | | | I have tried alli weight loss pills when I was in high school and yes people it really does work. I think I found out the trick to why it says that it will curve your appetite and why it works to help you control your fat intake. Because you take the pill 3 times a day before each big meal and on it says that you should only consume a certain amount of fat for each meal and if you exceeds, oh boy get ready for a surprise. You will have oily and stink orange discharge from the wrong hole and it really does leave a mark on your underwear and can sip thru and stain your beds, chairs, clothes etc. It's very unpleasant, so once you figure that out, it will motivate you to not eat so much and too much fat intake :D Other tricks that I have tried was the old fashion way, counting your calories. I use Sparkspeople.com daily, I log in everything I will eat before the meal to make sure I am sticking with my goal calories, carbs, and fat intake. Pretty simple and you can set a goal of how much calories you want to burn a week and such things like that :D pretty awesome. Another motivation I use is that I joined "Pound for Pound" lose weight and feed america. You should try it and they will donate 14 cents for each pound you want to lose to your local food bank. | | I've tried a lot of different pills and gimmicks, and I seem to have the opposite feeling as you. The only thing pills like MetaboLife and Hydroxycut and TrimSpa did for me..were weird. Maybe this is just the effects they've had on my body. On TrimSpa, I took the recommended amount and ended up having hallucinations and on the others, I'd get so jittery that it felt like I drank two pots of coffee and I'd be jumping all around the place. I know that there are two different things that pills usually do: have ingredients that "curb" your appetite or have a bunch of caffeine in them (and caffeine temporarily raises your metabolism). I find them to be kind of scary and unnatural. My biggest faux pas in trying to lose weight before honestly has to be not drinking water. Water is a god-send. Seriously. It makes you not hungry, makes you energetic, and just cleans out your system. Water, exercise, and LOTS of fresh veggies are what I'm focusing on now. I think no matter what pill you're taking or whatever "fad" diet you're on, it's ALWAYS important to pay attention to your nutrition and exercise. I think people sometimes forget that you actually need to DO something when you're taking these pills.
