Hi my lot friends, Recently I have recover from sick. I want to maintain good health. I want to give daily food item I want to have only fruits . is it good ?

I don't think its a good idea to have only fruits, although they are a good part of a healthy diet. But you should try and eat foods from all the food groups, such as proteins, fats and carbohydrates. You won't find that you get enough good protein if you eat only fruits. You could try eating some lean meat such as chicken, or some beans and lentils as they are full of good protien. All fruit and vegetables will give you vitamins so just try eating a variety of different coloured ones to get the best health benefits. Try to eat some wholegrain carbohydrates too, such as oats, as these will help keep up your energy levels.

blueberries have the most antioxidants. fruits are not a good source of protein though. if you want protein i suggest eating something that isn't a fruit. peanuts or almonds are a good and healthy source of protein.

no it not good ,bcouz over body requires more vitamins than the fruits.only fruits cannot fulfill your body requirement .

Apples and bananas are two of the best fruits that you can eat. If you want some more vitamin C you can eat oranges. It is also good to eat vegetables.
