what are you doing,every night 7:00--10:00?  

I don't think that the time you mentioned really matters.UI would like to know who has told that.I usually have my dinner, watch TV, and spend time communicating with my family between 7-10 at night. I usually go to bed around 10 pm. This time is mainly for me to relax because I work during day time and my body needs rest. I also cook some good dishes for dinner during this time. I am interested to know what the successful person did at that time.

Between 7 and 10 at I'm usually watching TV, working on the internet and taking care of my 4 year old granddaughter. Yes I'm good at mult-tasking. I like to keep busy all day long. I don't usually have any down time until I go to bed. Then I can't sleep because the brain can't shut down.

I'm not sure if I agree with this or not. I'm usually doing several things every night from 7:00 to 10:00. I eat supper, watch television while I eat, get on the computer and surf the net, mylot, brush my teeth, get my shower, and practice singing and playing the guitar. As you can see, I stay very busy! I like to be busy, though.

It is different every night, but often I am online from 7:00 to 10:00. Is that supposed to make me succeed or fail?

A successful person probably facing his books by those times. But I probably not usually doing it. From those time of the night I spend it by, watching tv,surfing the net, reading some of my notes, and doing some house chores

I usually have dinner around 7 to 7:30 but i consider it late because i'm following the after six diet lol. After dinner i watch television until 9 pm. At 9 pm, it's my bath time and it would take me 30-45 mins. to take a bath lol. for the remaining 15 mins. I get myself ready for bed and write my thoughts about what happened that day on my powerplanner. i go to bed at around 10 pm because i read in an article that skin renewal (or rejuvination.. something like that) starts at 11 pm up to 3 am. I'm not sure if that's true but at least I have this reason for me to sleep early lol. About that quote (is that quote?) I think you can't measure a person's success within that time frame. That's too specific! lol! What if a successful person works hard in daytime shift all day and he/she has to rest/sleep during that time every night. So if you look at it, the person is asleep during that 7-10 time.. does that mean he/she is a bum because regardless of working so hard during the daytime? Just making a point. :D

well If you will ask me I am my way home at that time. I either renting a computer for internet access or transporting going home or I am at home doing some of my articles, dinner or watching television. I am really curious, I hope you explain to me after you read my response. Godbless.

I don't think that there's a specific time to determine as to one would be successful or not. What one needs in order to become successful are some goals, determination, consistency in striving to achieve such goals, constant learning and improvement, perseverance, building the right relationships, and of course, trust and love for God. Nevertheless, for me, from 7-10 in the evening, I have various activities. During Mondays and Wednesdays, I spend such time with my girlfriend having dinner. I actually swim from 6-7 in the evening on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8-10 in the evening, I am doing Muay Thai, on Fridays, after swimming and having dinner, I do Taekwondo from 9-11. I usually free up my weekend for me to rest. On Saturdays and Sundays, I just spend my 7-10 in the evening either with my girlfriend (if we're both free) or just at home either surfing the net, watching some movies, playing some computer games, or reading a book. I normally put my activities in the morning and in the afternoon and at night, I usually rest and relax.

At 7 o'clock in the evening I may be still eating dinner. It all depends on when everyone gets home. Other times I might just be relaxing here and earning. I think seven o'clock to ten o'clock I kind of spend walking around and watching t.v.
