printing 8 pictures on 4x6 photo paper?

I don't know how to set the printer settings, I would make one file with the same pictures 6 times and print that. I've done it in photoshop elements, it's just copy and paste and there's probably lot of other photo software that lets you do the same. Only make sure that the sizes get right so you don't cut the edges of anything. Else you could move the picture around on the paper (there's probably settings for that to) but that would mean feeding the same paper in 6 times so it can't be the best way of doing it :-)
