Yes, we do tend to get into the moment. I try to do it alone most of the times, due to the fact that I do not really want to subject people to my alleged singing. I think listening to music in general does relieve a lot of stress. Still there is just something about singing along with the radio that puts me in a good mood. No matter how absurd I sound. Yes, it does relieve a lot of stress for sure. It just is fun to sometimes unwind and relax. To sing along, even if you really have no musical aptitude at all.
