Try look for CEH form EC-council course "Certified Ethical Hacking". I think entry requiremnets are quite high though.

This course will teach you tool and hacking Techniques but it is professional and you will have to sign documents which states that all knowledge and techniques wont be used in the worng way!!!!!!!!!!

Else you can search on torrent website fore hacking stuff ect Internet knows everything so just get your fingers dirty searchning around the net.

Hacking depends on your Level of IT proficency if you a novice to intermediate IT user you can be a Script kiddy. Well if you interested then you can be the Grey or black hat man!!! cool!!!!

Tools are available in underground website, but all are command line so you need to have good programming skills. GUI hacking tools are blahhhh not great compared to commandline tools.

If you are talking about learning software and programming that's different. Sometimes we call this hacking. Hacking as stealing information from others is wrong.

To make a program depends on the language you want to use, and there are online lessons scattered throughout the net. I don't do any hacking, but I know a lot of it requires an understanding of many different languages, including C, C++, Perl, Java, etc. Unix and HTML are probably also necessary tools, especially if you intend to do it all online.

There are online courses you can take to learn how to hack, but if you don't know much about programming, you're not likely going to find a willing teacher outside of the professional sphere.

hacking is like a coin.There is a good side and there is also a bad side. You have to learn a lot of languages first if you want to learn hacking. I don't think anyone here will teach you hacking that's something you have to learn on your own. And believe me when you learn a lot about it yourself you won't tell others also how to learn hacking.

You can learn all of this in the internet dude! First of you should know something about programming at least get the concept and try to make your own program/software. Learn assembly language, html, binary..lol. Hacking isn't a step by step process, because if it was, everyone could be hacked within just a few seconds. It involves thinking, logic, algorithms and lots of code digging. It's like going through a maze with lots of twists and turns. Basically, what hackers do is they think of how to go through the maze, how to break security and stuff. It's a very broad subject that needs lots of time and effort and brains!
