| | OOOOOH. Emotional eating!!! HAHAHAHA no i'm just kidding. I do that too. I end up chewing David's Sunflower seeds, usually from boredom or complacency. Its a weird one. I felt anxious a couple days ago. Like sumn bad was gon happen. that happens sometimes. I get this feeling like there's a dank, damp pit in my stomach. Its very uncomfortable. If I am feeling like that, (I am a homebody), I try to text some friends and talk about anything. I invite them for coffee or just a little chat.
