If you make a double post on someone else's discussion, and report it, will the discussion get deleted, or just your second post that you reported?

ONLY the duplicate post will be removed.
Same with a response containing a link (or any other violation). ONLY that response will be removed and the rest of the discussion will remain intact (unless it is a violation itself of course).

Now I know that those discussions that got deleted weren't my fault. =P I was pretty sure it wasn't my fault, though, I never post anything against the guidelines (I hope lol).

Mine was fixed back, can post here again. But this one is faster. My friend left it for me to repair. After fixing it, I use it for posting here. He can get it back after paying for the parts that had been replaced.

Tav to revive an older discussion you can leave a comment on any of the responses. It will then appear in the 'recent' tab and in the 'similar topics' >>>
alongside other dicussions with the same tag

tav, try to change some points on the discussions that are already posted by viewing it in another angle. In that way, it makes your topic slightly different from the others, but you can get answers related to the ones that are posted already.

This is the interest where many questions are asked but sadly some of them receive the wrong information in the responses that they receive.

Yes, that thing usually happens here when there are problems on connecting to the internet. When the page takes a long time to load while posting, data sent will be resent again, that could be the cause of the problem. Anyway, this feature of reporting really helps.

Thanks for suggesting that idea to the admin. Yes, it is very useful because there is no need to ask for others to report my own posts. Anyway, I got lost during the launch of the new script because the browser of my phone does not support the new posting script and as I get back here, I just noticed the changes.

I seem to remember MysD mentioning that several of her friends were having problems connecting to the site from their mobile phones - apparently you were one of those friends. I thought they were working on that, and after all this time I would have thought that they would have found a solution to the problem. It is good that you are able to be back at least a little bit now, and I do hope that you will be able to be more active now. Does this mean that they have now fixed the problem or so you logging in from a different place just to be able to myLot?

Yes, I am one of them, Mysd helped me to voice out my problems by sending emails to her then she will post it. It was due to my phone's firmware version which was very old, new phones don't encounter the problem so I tried to find a solution on how to update it.

Luckily you have friends boogerman who needed their own phone repairing!

That was due to problems connecting to the internet. I can avoid it sometimes. When the page takes a long time to load after you click the post button, stop it then go back to the discussion, you can also make a backup of your post before doing it. After going back to the topic, you might see your post there. It is because you already sent the data and the problem is you have to wait for a long time to receive data to load the new page, forcing to connect again may cause resending the data and that could be the reason why some posts have duplicates.
