Do You ever cry when your work mate resign from the office?

Well yeah, i think you are right. Most people will feel sad and joy at the same time if her / his best friend will leaving and they will said good bye. But it never happened to me where i feel that feeling that i want to cry. Anyway, do gender really play a part here, because all my friend that ever cry because a freind was resign is only girl, boys don't do that? Do you think so?

Ladies are more emotional than men. They show their emotion by crying. Men doesn't do that because they are designed that way.

Well i think it is more because of the culture instead of biological factor. Men know that cry show weakness and it is only for woman, so that is why they rarely cry. I think culture in the old days, especially in asia, crying is not something that show weakness. If i read a lot of historical novel book, i meet many people that really easy to cry ( Romance of three kingdom is one of them ).

o i see, well can you tell more about the story. About how you said good bye to your friend, about your friend reaction when they know that you will be leaving from the office. Also, did you still get connected to them, do you still met them, or at least do you still chat with them. Thanks.

Well yes, you might a person that really sensitive so you can easily cry. But well, it is still a good thing since it will show your friend that you really care about him / her. Anyway, thanks for responding to this discussion. I hope you stil connected with your friend until now.

Yes, although it is not make us cry, but i do feel sad because our office will not be as fun as before since once of our best friend is gone. But still, they will have a better life, and since it is easy to keep comunication with current technology, we will not loose them.

Yes, i agree with you. Never to burn a bridge that connect us to our friend. Even if our profesional relation ship as an office mateis over, but there is no rules that said we should also ending our friendship. Well i don't think if i really close, and can called him / her as a best friend, i don't think i will cry either. I don't know, it just not my habit to cry. But i do feel sad, if that happened. I have a lot of friend that are resigned from my office, two of them is my best friend. Thanks

Yes, i think i almost the same with you. I am sad at first, but since it is actually the best thing for her / him, and with him / her go to that company, actually it also make an oppurtunity for me if some day that need some new employee or if my company have a bussiness with his company. Thanks

Yes, you are right. Although we might feel sad at first, but with time, all will heal, and it will heal fast if in the end, we still get in touch with him / her trough phone, facebook, chatting and many other tools. Now with current technology, we can almost get connected with every on, any time.

Yes, the culture right now make woman more easy to cry than man. Although some woman is not easy to cry, and some man really easy to cry, but overall it is like that. It all depend on how people look at what happened and about how close they're friendship is and how far the friend will go.
