The Worst Thing About Your Senior Year Of High School . . .

My son is graduating this year. He couldn't be happier. It was a good year, except that he regrets not participating in school sports, even though he's a great athlete. He plays in a band and he got caught up in concerts, short tours and whatnot. Anyhow, the worst of it though, was the construction that went on in his school for the whole year. Half the school was fenced off while they built a new parking lot, office and cafeteria. Even the pool was reconstructed. I'm amazed the students didn't have to wear hard hats to school and no accidents happened (the latter being a good thing, of course). What was the worst thing about your high school senior year?

the streaker? Hm, no that was funny... Maybe the fact that I didn't get my diploma on time because my PE teacher forgot to send my grade in. Wasn't really anything bad...

OH no! The year of the streaker. Who can forget that. Did you get to graduate on time with your class though?

Yep, I did, but when I went to get my diploma, it wasn't there and I had to go back into school the next morning to straighten it out...

Pool??? You have a pool??? What a bunch of spoiled kids. My worst remembrance of high school. Everything. I was at the bottom of the pecking order and bullied mercilessly. If I had known how to kill myself without it hurting, I think I might have.

Oh sadness. Yeah, most schools here have pools. We're not exactly a rich school district but we do have a water polo team. Hey, it's Southern Cal. I would have been your bud in high school BC. I would.

I would have been the geeky guy on the bottom of the pecking order. If you befriended me, you'd be there too. They say misery loves company. I think you would have been among the more popular girls. I never learned how to talk to girls until I was about 20 years old. But then I attended a church video seminar with Ed Cole and I learned how to make women happy. Maximized Manhood was the book the seminar was based on.

I hear it was quite common then. My ex-mom-in-law did the same.

When I was in my senior year of high school, my father was allotted a bigger flat due to his promotion in the office and we had to shift to the new flat, which was far off from my school. To reach the school in a shortcut, I used to climb a hill and go to the school. Due to this climbing the hill twice in a day, I used to feel very tired in the evening and was feeling very difficult to concentrate on my studies. This was the worst thing that happened in my senior year high school period.

The worst thing that I remember was all of the teacher including the advisor were so strict in giving grades and we felt that they want all the student to flank, which was unreasonable. It starts arguments between the student's parents and teachers. Later the student's parents won. Because the teacher were unfair. They give assignment that not in the textbook and the children needs to research to other libraries because all the books are not in the school library. After class there were some school organizations to attend and if you will not attend they will qualify you for a quiz. After attenting school activity it was already 6pm, what library was still open during that time, of course student can no longer researched, and when they do not have assignment they flank already, without consideration. I believe there was a lawsuit and since the teachers have no money to defend themselves continously the judge reviewed the case seriously and give the win to the student's parents. I was part of that seniors.

Uw, sounds like a bad experience. Not cool of that teacher. At least you had parents on your side.

Well, my senior year started off with three hurricanes in a row that hit the area. That was probably the worst of anything that happened; we had to move out of our house that same year while our house got repaired as the hurricanes did some pretty good damage.
