When do you feel more active-in the morning or in the evening?

I have the problem that I remember things better if I read them in the evening but I am then not as energetic as I want to be as to stay awake and read for hours. There are people who prefer to sleep in the day but this way in my opinion they lose their lives because most of their friends live during the day. What type of person you are-the one who wants a night job or a day one?

I am definitely a night person, always have been. For some reason I just wake up during the evening. I don't sleep all day or anything though. I have a 6 month old son, so I am up early everyday, I don't have a choice! The only thing that sucks is that when he goes to bed at around 9:30, I end up wanting to stay awake which in turn makes the following morning difficult when he wakes up early! But I still manage ;)

I hate to get up ion the morning, if I didn't have to there would be no way I would get out of bed before ten. I have always been a night person, for example today I was so tired but as soon as it got dark i felt better. I think I am part vampire.

Hi, mokkka. I am more active in the morning than during the evening. I get up around 6 on the weekdays for school. For my son that is. And I go to sleep around, 11 p.m.-1 a.m. Then once I go to sleep then, I am back up again at, 2 or 3 a.m. in the mornings.

I feel most active and full of energy in the morning, i get up at 5am irrespective of weather, the mind is fresh, i used to make preparation for my lectures and classes in morning hours most of the days, if i am in a seminar or workshop, i work at night..

In daytime I work and my night I usually break. When reading the book I used to do when the bedtime or after dinner. So as not to disrupt work activities.

I have always been a night person. I'm active during the day as well, but at night I end up coming alive and lose and drowsiness I may have had during the day, regardless of if I take a nap during the day or not. I'm not sure why. It's just always been that way for me.

I like getting up around 7am and I feel very awake then. I am most productive in the morning and do housework, online stuff, etc. I get tired around 2-4pm and sometimes have a nap then. I go to bed between 10pm and midnight and I try to do some reading before bed.
