i am absent today..  

Aside that i suffered from a dismal fever the last few days, I did not feel that I like going to work today because I had a little disagreement with my boss before the week ends.

I had a feeling that I made a gap between me and him. I don't know if it's just right to protect myself from hurting my ego but it is his disparaging comments against me made me voice out what I had really feel inside.. I am not afraid to be kicked-off and I am willing to take all the consequences in finding a new job with a better atmosphere.

I hope that he could remember what I did and if he will give me second chance to improve our relationship, I am willing to do whatever his commands at least it is legal and won't affect my rights as his office assistant..

Hope that you could give me some tips what deemed proper, legal and illegal in doing my tasks as his assistant. or should I ask him to give me my job scope? I have not seen my jobscope and the thing is almost everyone in the office use to call me and give me some things to do which is I think too much load for me as I can't move and cope up with the things i should be doing..

My boss is a Manager and he had 2 superintendents and 16 supervisors in addition that there are more than 50 positions following the supervisors and they all used to approach me at times for some clerical jobs assistance.

Really i am going beyond insanity... OMLotters, what I gonna do...
