my eye twitch...  

hi Kumar I do doubt that washing your face five times a
day causes your eye twitch. More likely this is caused by
fatigue of your eyes. Do stop and look around the room
occasionally and blink your eyes often as eye doctors
say sitting long hours in front of a computer causes
your eyes not to blink, thus fatiguing them and causing
dry eyes and nervous twitches. So do make your self blink
occasionally to moisten your eyes. and do look around
the room occasionally to rest your eyes from the glare
of the computer. good luck God bless.

try to make a short walk after some time instead of washing your face just to get freshened up..

might be the water, migh be some alergic reaction, might just be u touched ur eye with a dirty finger? u can try to wash it with marine salt salty water. u use salt until the water tastes like sea water. and u use it to wash ur eye. do it for 4 or 5 days. its good for its healing and for the blood streaming in ur eyes. the salty water leftovers u just dispose them and make some more the next day. get well.
