Make easier plan for busy life

Computers and the Internet were supposed to make life easier; instead, people are busier than ever. We can plan it then we may feel better. Maybe we can plan to tackle difficult projects at the times of day when you are most alert. Learning to say no to nonessential demands on your time. Don't volunteer for a committee if you don't have time, and decline invitations to events you don't have time to attend. Avoiding perfectionism. Don't waste time obsessively perfecting a task when you could better spend the time on something else.

Yes, most of the people are busier and rushed due to too much activity in their lives. Some work all the time to work for materialistic things. Some work more because college is so expensive. I believe the world is made up of middle class people and we strive everyday to make ends meet. For being busy outside of that is can be for some a challenge to do more or for others to keep busy so they don't worry. I have had to learn to say 'no' and feel guilt-free. It is important for a person to have that quality time for themselves.

i do agree people are busier than ever but not all because of the internet but also because of the extra financial burden that makes people need to work more hours. for me i'm the most alert at night because their is not as many distractions from others. i can have the tv off as well as not being distracted by other people. i do agree saying no isn't all bad. its good to be selfish at times when it comes to your own needs. as far as perfectionism is concerned. striving for it can improve your ability at things even though it can't be achieved.
