I know many people here have finished school; and even if you haven't surely there are things you would like to learn more about ..what is it that you would prefer to learn about?

I'm eager to learn more about website design and programming. I've taken the first few steps actually. I studied html and css. If you take a quick peek at my profile I've created a mini homepage that promotes my website. I coded it myself using html and some css. :)

I think your never to old to learn something, as I see it's all down to attitude. If someone really wants something then I believe they will and it shows by the amount of elderly people who are starting to come onto the internet. Awhile back it was considered a young persons thing, although now it's widely used by all ages and the other night I noticed on a members profile here that their age was 79! which is amazing. Goes to show your never too old to learn.

more then for others; I think the elderly would benefit from the internet; they are often alone and the net kind of links them to other people..

I don't think that school is the only place that we learn. Although I'm finishing university next year, I'd certainly like to think that I'm going to keep on learning things, even after I finish university. Even when I'm not school, I do think that I learn new things, personally.

What are you finishing your degree in: ? Sorry for late response. I agree with you .. you can always learn something; even after you have completed school.

I dont we are ever too old to learn something or even relearn something. I think we learn from everyday life and we can always apply the things that we learn. For me, I relearn about patience everyday as I deal with a lot of different kinds of people every day. Its important for me to have patience and I learned different things about patience. Today, I didnt relearn something about patience though, I relearned about faith.

Perhaps studying psychology will help you with becoming more patient with people. I know that studying this ..has given me a better understanding of the different natures of people

We have a saying here, keep on learning even if you grow old. It will never be late to learn. If you are old, perhaps it just take a little longer time for you to master it. You can still learn it anyway. My dad learned how to take advantage of the internet several years ago. Now he is already very good at it and he is able to help his friends in computer, too. I want to learn so many things, such as painting, programming, cooking and so on. I love China

Youless, I think that as long as people continue to use their brain and strive to learn..keeping the brain active..they prolong their life.. Giving up on learning..to me ..is giving up on life.

I think its part of the human, we never stop learning new things, we never satisfied to what we already have resulting of limitless evolution of mankind. I want to learn new things, things that I never imagine that is possible for me to learn, in simple things I like to learn how play piano and violin,

I agree...we are naturally curious creatures but I do think there are some that could care less if they learn anything or not. I myself love learning. I love reading..learning new things. I love to learn new ways to help others.

It is never to say too old to learn. We should learn everyday in daily life, and we could progress everyday by learning. The things which i like to learn about are so many at present,i consider them a task to do daily,i will learn them all day by day.
