| |  It is common in Italy to announce the new head coach before the WorldCup ends, and I think Prandelli is the right choice, he has been on great seasons with Fiorentina and has discovered new players such as Giampaolo Pazzini and rescued others like Alberto Gilardino. I think that he can do well at the Italian squad.

| |  I am actually surprised that the Italian association announced this just before the World Cup. It would have been better announced after the World Cup. BTW, I do not know much about Parandelli, but as long as he does not go the way of Donadoni, it is ok.

| | Nothing. Only that the poor guy took a team at the top of the pile and team steadily struggled for results under him. I think it was a bit unfair on him to take on as the coach of the world champions Italy straight away!!
