Have you used Safe Lists?

For those of you that do not know what a Safe List is then I will explain. It is a site where you sign up and then you create a new email account. After signing up at the site you then start receiving emails from others trying to sell something or promoting a site! When these emails come to your inbox you then read them and at the bottom is a link to click on. This takes you to the persons site and it has a count down timer. When the timer is up you get a certain amount of credits. Those credits are then used to send out your email! So - Now that I have said what this type of site is then I ask have you used one of these sites with success? Either by getting traffic to your site or getting refs on sites? I can not wait to hear!
