Step 1 - Don't change, continue to recommend and promote products and services you already like. Step 2 - Find a company that offers a compensation plan with their products, most any MLM will do, and learn to like 3-4 of their products. Step 3 - Find 4-5 other people who would also like to earn an extra pay check each month, and teach them steps one, two, and three. Don't have to do it right away, you can take as much time as you like. Step 4 - Between you, and them, and everyone they know, and everyone they know, etc....see if you can find about 25 people using the products on a regular monthly basis. Again you can take as much time as you like. Step 5 - Collect your Check! That is my 5 step plan! What do you think? Questions? Comments? Constructive Critisms?

Hey I really appreciate this plan and this will work too but if one works seriously with the selection of products part and promotion part, It is really hard and if one can do this two things than surely after some time the 5th step will be achieved. In between the 4th and 5th step patience is a step to be incorporated along with learning all basic requirements of mlm opportunities and marketing things is needed. Thanks a lot for sharing.happy lotting.

When you achieve step 4, you get checks where I work, there is very little waiting, mind you, the company I am with, you would get a check before you got all 25 customers/distributors, and that would be just your back end bonuses. Patience is needed, I suppose, but only in selecting which company, and qualifying which 5 people you want to help get an extra pay check each month. Cheers.

Overall I think that your five step plan is awesome. The only step that I would even consider changing is step 2. I would chose a company that offers and excellent compensation plan, but a company whose products you already love. The reason that I would choose my company in this way is because is if you already love the products, then you will find that it will be far easier to encourage other people to become active with the company.

There are pluses and minuses to each approach. Of course, this was a post to get people to ask me about my company, didn't work out that way, but it was fun to try anyways. I can understand joining one that has products you already know and love, though you have to be careful, if you want to build the way I want to build, you gotta know how the compensation plan works, though, I just said to join a company that HAS a compensation plan, Wal-Mart for instance, does NOT have a compensation plan, where as Tupperware does, how good Tupperware's is, I do not know, but I know they have one. That is what counts. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

Simple and Duplicable. And you meet new people every day. So long as it isn't the only thing you talk about with them, you won't even scare them away, thinking about that, I should probably lay low on the MLM for a while, and hit back at the personal development, I think I will do a post about Self Talk, or Auto-suggestion tomorrow. Come to think of it, I thought I had planned on doing a whole series on winning friends and influencing people, Glad I remembered. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

It is basically how MLM or Network Marketing or Direct Sales, work out. And this should earn you $60-500/month, depending on the company you work with, and how much each person purchases. Sincerely and With Appreciation.

I like the relaxed laid back approach to this. So many people go at MLM like evangelists, their friends cross the street when they see them... your plan focuses on keeping it real and being true to yourself - so much easier to recommend products you have genuine belief in!

Well thank you dear, I appreciate that. I think it is because they have been recruited in and taught to do it, the heavy hitters way, which just doesn't work for most people. It is hard for a lot of us to learn the skills, because the people that bring us into the business think, the only right way to do it, is their way, and their way is tough. I have been taught that MLM is a people business, build people and people will build the business, focus on the relationships, help folks out, do what you can. Increase their believe in themselves, and you create a true warrior that will never quit, and will take the time to learn the proper skills. If you aren't using the products in an MLM, either you are brand new and can't afford them yet, and will be using them ASAP, or you are a wanna be affiliate marketer, easier to be a used car salesperson, if you won't use the products your company offers. Plus, using the product and talking with people that use the product can give some hardcore testimonials. I just inform, sample and sort. It is simple, my business may grow slower the evangelist, who lost all of his friends, and I develop an unbelievably high retention, which is the key focus of MLM, you want people to continue to use your products day after week after month after decade, to develop the residual income. Sincerely and With Appreciation.
