If you were trapped in an elevator with a stranger,what would you do?

Just as long as the elevator back-up lights are on, it wouldn't be a problem for me to just wait until it turns back on again. But if the lights are off and I'm left with a stranger, I would definitely creep out. Somewhat feel scared that something bad might happen but I just really hope for the best.. I may talk to him/her at times to keep my mind busy from waiting until I can get out of the elevator. that's just about it.

First find the way to contact the outer world to say, you are trapped. Then have some chat with that stranger to kill the time. If the stranger is a humorous being, you are lucky. But if he starts to panic and make you too to panic, then it will be very bad to handle that situation.

I would first push the alarm button and then probably have some small talk with the stranger. Talking about the incident that we find ourselves in. If it takes a longer period of time to get out then I guess we would talk about whatever comes up like maybe about our lives.

the first thing i would normally do is ring the alarm and ask for help.. we are both trap what can he do?.. lol.. ive been trap in an elevator in the office but i wasnt with a stranger.. i didnt panic but i looked for the alarm button... but he better not do something bad.. haha

I would strike up a conversation, maybe start a little singalong. Anything to pass the time until we got out of that closed-in space. :)

It depends on stranger. If it was male, I would like to stay away from him and If it was a female, i will start flirting with her... :) forget about asking help!! it will definitely come sooner or later.. The person would be very luck who got this situation!!!! right? :) :) "Think Out Of The Box"

We would constantly ring the bell to inform/alert the people outside so that they could help us get out of the elevator. If no help came, we would attempt to go on top of the elevator and probably can get out from there. Basically, we will help each other.

Communication is very important to get rid of the situation in which two strangers feel embarrassed and it helps to kill the time trapped in it till someone comes to help. After pressing the emergency button, I would strike up a conversation with the stranger. If anything bad were to happen, then it would be better if I knew something about the person I was with. Maybe find something in common, so that we could be one in thinking of ways how to get out of the elevator.

First, I would try calling from the phone for help and then also through my mobile phone. Till the help is arrived, I would introduce myself to the stranger and talk to him the best way to get out of the damn life and be friendly to him/her. This is the best we can do till the help is arrived.

I experienced being trapped on an elevator, but the power came back after a minute, so I haven't really talked to the stranger next to me.

Ill befriend the stranger. Ill chat to him while waiting to be save or the elevator will be fixed. It will ease panic and tension since were stuck. It will help both of us not to panic.

That depends on who I'm stuck with... Kidding! Of course, the first thing I do is give a ring on whoever's outside and ask for help. Press the alarm and such then I'll engage a small conversation with the person stuck alongside me. I'd rather talk with someone rather than stay quiet and wait for help to arrive :P

well i think if it will be long i think it would be nice to have someone to talk to.

If I was trapped I would prolly call for help first. Then, I know prolly the stranger would be scared as well prolly tell him everything would be alright.
