I am curios to know what everyone else thinks about the 6-0 curse. Four games this season have ended in 6-0 already after the first 2 weeks. Chelsea taking two but with a shocking Newcastle beating Villa as well. I was really sure Villa had a strong change to finish near the top but this is going to hurt their campaign a lot. Arsenal bounced back with an amazing performance. A lot of hat-trick boys have appeared this season,4.
Can we expect a few more 6-0 or dare I even ask for another 8-0 like Chelsea ended off Wigan last season?

Yes, this season already the matches seem to be very much one sided. Suddenly teams look to be ruthless. The most surprising of these have of course been 6-0 to Newcastle against Villa which was very remarkable given the strengths of the two teams. But I think we might see more such results this season and quite a few of the teams are inconsistent with the likes of Wigan, Newcastle and Blackpool all in that category!!
Cheers!

This goes to show how lopsided the league has become. I am still waiting for the likes of Man Utd and Man City to submit their 6-0 results. Definitely, there will be many more high scoring games as the season progress. And for the neutral fans, this is just plain fun.

The weird thing is Newcastle was on the side of the bashed and next week handed out the bashing. Where is the constant game play we became used to many seasons ago.

Both of Chelsea's games have been 6-0(against Wigan and WBA).
