Have you ever clipped flowers from somewhere that was not your own yard?

I only picked flowers when I was a really young. We used to have to bring flowers to school during october because it was supposed to be Mary's month and we were supposed to offer flowers everyday. You see the school that I went to claims that they are non-sectarian, but their practices are mostly for Catholics. Anyway, I would sometimes forget to bring flowers because I wasn't a Catholic. I could care less about the offering. But I had to comply, so I would pick a few flowers at the houses near my school.

I think I may have done this when I was younger. I used to think that dandelions were flowers and I would clip them and give them to Mom. I don't think I have ever taken actual flowers from somebody's yard. That just seems wrong to me. The other day, there was a flower growing in our backyard (probably a weed, but it was pretty). My husband went out in to the yard, got the flower, and I as I stood there looking at him like he was crazy, handed me the flower and said he loved me. It was so sweet! Sorry, it's off topic, but it reminded me!

Probably when I was a kid. I am sure I picked some of my neighbors flowers and brought them home to my mom. Of course I brought her dandolions all of the time. But as an adult I have never done that. I would not want to be caugh wrecking somoene's flower beds. I also have never picked a wild floer to give to someone. If I want to give my wife flowers I will just go and buy them for her.

I clipper flowers from my neighbours yard sometimes, but I have done that after gettig the permission of the neighbour. Sometimes as a kid, I went to my great grand parents funderal place to put flowers there. I liked to do it once in a while. Also, we made floral flower designs at home as a part of a great festival in my place.

yeah ive done it... when i was a young girl, i grew up with a lot of flowers in our backyard.. my mom loves gardening thats why. right now im 30 yrs old, and i have my kids.,, they are all girls. but i am not a fan of gardening.. but kids do love flowers right.. so when we go out, we pick flowers often. flowers with differnet colors and sizes.. ehehe.. it feels like red riding hood!! eheeh!!
