What do you usually eat with your baked potato?

I love baked potatoes, they are sooo yummy! But from what I understand, there are quite a few different ways of eating them. I personally always eat mine with some garlic butter, out of habit I guess, but I am looking for new ways to eat them as well. So tell me: How do you prefer to eat your baked potatoes?

Well , if there is one good way that I like potatoes it is wraping them with aluminium and put them in fire and after some minuts , taking them out , pilling them and eating them. I guess you know how to do it if you celebrate "lag ba omer".
I guess the alluminium is toxic and some molecules are passed to the potato's peeling.
I also like to cut the potatoes to 6 pieces and put some spices like salt and pepper , paprica ... I also put onion rings , sweet potatoes pieces , tomato rings and chicken pieces and bake them all in the oven.
