You may already know that I love cobalt blue glassware, Avon cape Cod glassware, but did you know that I also love pretty milk glass as well??? Maybe you could have figured it out. And, no my house is not cluttered to the rafters with this stuff. lol Anyone could go crazy collecting milk glass...that is why I only choose the pretties and frilliest things. I love this candy dish....although no one is allowed to touch this dish in my house except me....I have boys...'nuff said. Fenton....what can I say about Fenton glassware, except that it is gorgeous. Do you have a glassware collection?

You know, I have been looking online for a big fruitbowl...I saw some with 3 feet or pedestals which would be pretty. It would be nice to sit on my counter.

I do love pretty glassware. I owned an antique store for a good many years & i was my best customer, lol. I love fenton glass, they really made some beautiful things. I have quite a few pieces of fenton. I also love moon & stars especially in the amberina & amythest colors. I have a good friend that collected about all the pieces of the avon cape cod. It is pretty. My mother had a huge collection of milk glass. One good thing about good glassware the price just keeps going up, it's a good investment. Good for u.

hi, i have a fairly large collection of cobalt blue bottles which i have amassed over the years. i also have a number of flower frogs (the glass blobs with holes in the botton that were placed in the bottom of a vase so the flowers would stick straight up.) i have a flower frog which is in a milk glass vase. very pretty. where do you get your glass where? i get mine from antique markets and if i am lucky (like that frog in milk glass) thrift stores.

I look at yard sales etc, but mostly I look on Ebay and Etsy....but the shipping is usually to much for me to pay.....but I keep my eyes open.

I have loads of collectors type of glasses, but unfortunatly I had to put a lot of my stuff in storage in another state as I lost my house. I do miss some of my things but it is what I had to do at the time. I am however glad I was able to store them in my boyfriend's mother's house where she assures me all my stuff is safe. Sometime later next year I will be picking up my stuff if all goes as planned.

I have a collection of various odd and pretty bottles but like every thing else its in storage. alas my whole beanie baby collection is in two large baskets here in my room but have no place to really display all my various animal collection. I also collect rockslike geodes amethysts, ets. also in storage waiting for the day we can afford to get together in a 2 bedroom apartment. we were evicted when my son lost his job and are now homeless and he got a job three months ago part time and the idiot boss cut him back to one day a week. I am in this blasted retirement center, he is in government sponsored housing with three other men out of work, you must have an address to look for w or k.

I bet it is lovely. I used to have some circus glassware which is glittery and pretty but had to sell it for money when we had to move years ago. My mom was a jewelry fenatic but never into glassware. I see some beautiful stuff on show on the PBS. Can't think of the name of it but where people bring their stuff in to be appraised.
