Child adoptions was bland compared to their own children. Why?

Why in the middle of Indonesia's population density and the sluggish economy, the desire to add a biological child is not unstoppable?

There are so many factors that contributed to the no control of human procreation to the already over population of certain countries. The main reason maybe the failure by the government to implement family planning. And the cultural beliefs that the more children they have the better off they become in their home economy. Compared to adoption, many conservative families do not advocate the idea of having different blood lineage added to their family. Same blood in the family is the preferred choice.
