Do you promote ALL PTC sites you've joined or just from those you've been paid?

When I started working on PTC sites last December, I, like almost everyone else actively promoted all PTC sites that I've joined (whether new sites or the seasoned ones). When I encountered issues with some of the sites I've joined , I then realized it's not good for me to still refer other people to the sites where I had those issues with. Examples of issues I'm referring to are: 1. low/no click rate of rented referrals from Schnaapklicks 2. got my account banned from mybux.co (my direct referrals also got banned) - it seems like the site is not "friendly" with members who uses Dynamic IP account since this is the only site that I got banned from. 3. buggy sites like elebux From then on, I only actively promote sites that are paying me or have a good track record at least. I feel that as the sponsor of my referrals (whether I personally know them or not), I should not blindly introduce them to sites they'll eventually get banned from or be disappointed afterwards. I especially want to avoid them from investing money to a site where they'll have problems afterwards. So, what I did was to just actively promote the top 3 PTC sites where I've received payments from. Just like in my profile page here in MyLot, I only have 3 sites shown. From my blogpage, I removed the links of the sites that are still problematic while I'm still evaluating them on my own. Regarding new sites that I haven't encountered any problems yet nor have any major complaints from other members, I only promote them in my blogpage with a note not to invest until proven legit. Now, what about you? Do you as a sponsor thinks that you have a responsibility over your referrals?

I don't promote sites where I have not been paid, with one exception. There are a few friends I know and trust, and sometimes I will promote their sites. But I never say I have been paid if I haven't. I will say that my friend can provide payment proof.

I also just show proof of my own payments. Now, how do you convince other people to join sites that you haven't been paid yet? Do you wait till you get paid?

Unless it's been recommended by somebody I really trust, I do wait until I get paid.

That's true, it's our obligation as a sponsor to refer people only to sites that we trust and really get payments from. We shouldn't be just promoting sites in order for us to gain a profit. I think we have a moral obligation to direct them only to sites that will allow them to gain profit as well.

I try to promote sites that normally pay me surely in some cases you will eb paid from a system and after few time they turn into a scam site so in amny cases it would be not really easy to prevent this...i think in general i try to promote sites that really pays also because if i promote them means that i am an active member too adn so all believe that it will pay their users as well!!

I don´t have a blog to promote and I usually only promote my sites by word. What I usually say is "these have paid me during a long time" (oldies); "these have paid but are new" (still risky) and I haven´t reached paiment here" (more risky still. But I also think that there are two ways to earn online. One is to work a lot, including in new risky sites. And secon, getting referrals to your sites(which I do by exchanging sites with other members so we both gain). I have have sites that start legit and then turn intoo scams. As most of my downline are mylot friends, I PM them if I can when I see a problem.

I prefer to promote the sites in which I have already invested in, gotten paid from, already have refferals there, or honestly know that this site has been around for a long time. Otherwise I don't promote other sites that don't meet this criteria because then people will no longer trust my reviews and won't trust my judgement. Which means that it will be harder for me to gain referrals.

Indeed! That's one way to put it. We also tarnish our own credibility when a site failed to meet the expectations of our DRs.

I only promote the sites that have paid me, and if I have not been paid yet I will make a note on my page. I think my profile page does need to be updated. There are probably some on there that went south. I do believe I hold some responsibility for those who sign up under me as a referral.

I have all of the sites that I am testing on my blog, nicely labeled as such. I only "market" the programs that have paid me.

That's the same thing I'm doing with my blog. I even have a category "Testing Phase - DO NOT INVEST YET". Then I usually update the ones I refer other people to. If a site is not profitable, I post that in my blog and remove the link from the recommended sites.

I don't promote anymore. But I will recommend sites that I use. I have been very lucky with those sites and trust them. I don't like sites that you rent referrals and stuff like that. To much work and not enough pay. Then something like getting banned happens. (Not worth it).

I used to promote all sites that I joined but unfortunately when I site turned scam or just disapeared, I felt bad for anyone I had referred...I am not good at getting referrals & this still makes me feel bad just thinking about it. These days, I only promote the sites I have been paid by unless I know the owner or I trust the friend who has told me they have been paid.
