Please tell me if its really true what they say about sensodyne. A guy told me that it really helps the sensitiviy in the teeth but i wanna be totally sure with someone who has really an experience with it or else i might be wasting my money and see no results and im really annoyed by my pain in the tooth knowing that its just a little pain that keeps annoying me since 1 week ago.
Thanks for reading, commenting and rating :)

My husband and I both use sensodyne, and we both find that it does help. It might not work for everyone, but it definitely helps with our sensitive teeth. I think that it was actually my husband's aunt who recommended it to him, as he is the one who first started to have sensitive teeth.

I personally think everything health-related works differently for everyone, but my experience of Sensodyne has been fairly positive. I used to have periods of tooth sensitivity due to having enamel erosion. This can be caused by a few things, including sweet things and eating disorders, but I think some people will naturally have teeth that are a little sensitive. Anyway, any reduction in the coverings of nerve endings will mean that heat extremes will be felt to a greater extent, which is why eating ice-cream, or conversely drinking hot tea, could cause pain. I used the toothpaste for a few months and it must have helped a little at least because I found I was drinking cold drinks and not moaning about the pain. I don't use it anymore on a regular basis, but if/when I notice sensitivity coming back then I'll get another tube. It's worth going to a cheaper store or looking out for offers because I've found this can be quite pricey in brand name stores/chemists. The last time I bought a couple was in Poundland (UK) where a tube was only £1, so for that price it's definitely worth a go to see if it works for you. I'd still recommend talking to your dentist about it though so they can advise any other products or causes of the sensitivity.

hi no I tried Sensodyne and for all it cost me it did not make enough difference to me to be worth the price of the stuff. I went to my dentist who bathed something on to my teeth and the next time I
drank something cold my teeth did not hurt at all. I would see
my dentist for the right stuff.

Me and my father both have sensitive teeth and use sensodyne. It won't work right away, but I noticed an improvement after a month.
