An 8-1 decision is almost unheard of in the modern Supreme Court. Rarely can those on the right and on the left agree long enough to vote the way the other side does. Think about it, Ruth Buzzie Ginsberg voted the same way as Clarence Thomas.
Justice Alito was the lone dissenting vote.
While I detest what the Phelpians do, it is nothing short of Political Correctness to say that they shouldn't have the same rights the rest of us enjoy simply because they target the people we respect.
There are better, more constitutional ways to put these bigots in their place. They have the right to be idiots, but we all have the right to make them irrelevant. We can make their message a useless gesture that only leaves them wasting their lives.

Wow, wow ParaTed, seems we crossed paths here with the very same breaking news.
My thoughts ... shame on the Sup.Ct. for not allowing their supposed empathy to shine through ... what about the irreparable harm done to families! Some "C"hit is just common decency.

There are better ways to put these idiots in their place. Someone providing a little bit of fist-induced dental work would help it out.
Personally, I'm still waiting for someone's god to drop a comet on these loons.
But I can't hold it against the Supreme Court. It's a right. But I guarantee someone will nail these morons the first time they take it too far and actually cross the street to prove intentional distress.
To date, they're attention-wh0re cowards, the lot of 'em. But I can at least be a little optimistic that as crazy as they are, they haven't set off any bombs. Seriously. That's always a plus when you're talking about strict loons.
