I am about to respond to the comments on CHRIST, NOT GOD BUT MAN, a discussion subject I started yesterday when I received a text message from someone who might have been irked with my views, probably somebody on myLot who knows my identity. Whoever you are, I am just a friend and mean no offense posting my opinions.
This forum is open no matter what. Please be with us and comment openly for didn't Christ Himself argued with the Pharisees at the temple even when He was still 12 yrs. old? In myLot we may argue but with smiles and love for each other like brothers and sisters.

Why do you say Jesus was arguing with the Pharisees when he was 12 years old?

".......found Him in the temple sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to Him and asking questions." Luke 41:47. Here's another account in the book that shows Jesus involved in arguments: "....And one of the scribes came up and them disputing with one another, and seeing that He answered them well, asked him, which....." excerpt from Mark 12: 30-31

Luke 2:46-47 (New International Version, ©2011) 46 After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. 47 Everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers.
This is the reference. I do see arguing here but a friendly and respectful discussion. There are no other recorded conversations of Jesus as a youth.

well said. Good for you for calling out those who would hide behind annonymity. I like that you said, we may argue but with smiles and love for each other.
