I Can't Cashout In NeoBux

Even I am a Pioneer member of NeoBux but I considered myself as newbie because I am not active on the forum because of my regular job unlike before when I was still fulltime online worker. I knew every now and then Admin revised the TOS that will suit the needs of all the members and the site itself. The changes that I don't like is about the cashout. I spend more funds on Paypal and because of that I am allowed only to cashout Paypal.
Paypal is not among of the processor that granted by NeoBux because of the country that I am living now. As we all know, Paypal is not available here in Saudi Arabia so this option is not available. It means I can only make cashout on Alertpay. The problem I spent less funds on theis processor and my current balance now is more than the amount I spent on Alertpay so I cannot cashout. I don't want to spend another funds in Alertpay because I don't have any plan now to rent referrals because of the latest changes in the amount of ads per click. I think I need to wait more months to cashout my balance until I will return back to my home country and go back to Paypal. I will save all my earnings and make cashout.

Try sending them a ticket explaining the situation. I don't clearly understand why you can't cashout on PayPal. Is PayPal itself blocking money transfers from your country? Or is NeoBux not allowing to cashout in your country? Anyway, tell them and you may get a response, maybe they, exceptionally, unblock AlertPay cashouts for you so you can get your money. Otherwise, I see it hard.
Just an idea, have you a friend or someone you really trust whose PayPal is not blocked? You can make a deal with him, cashout to his account on PayPal, then he can send your money back on AlertPay or by any other means.

Paypal is not support by NeoBux in the country where I am living now. I think all Middle East countries are not supported by Paypal. That's the reason why NeoBux also not support Paypal in the country where I am living. No problem with Alertpay if I invest to NeoBux an alertpay funds but sad to say I invest only Paypal.

I can invest Paypal to my Neobux account but I cannot make cashout because Neobux didn't allow to send funds to those country not supported by Paypal. I cannot make cashout also in Alertpay because the funds I am going to cashout is bigger than the last Alertpay funds I invested on them. The TOS of Neobux really annoying.
I cannot make dispute because it's already more than 50 days from the day I make investment.

Are you still in time for a dispute for the invested money?
If NeoBux doesn't support PayPal for middle east, they should not have allowed you to put your money in the first place. Because of that you are restricted in all other processors, and because of that blocking you're restricted too in PayPal. This makes no sense to me.
It's simple. They allowed you to invest knowing you can never get anything back unless you invest even more. This is scamming. Go for a dispute if you're still within 45/60 days.

Thank God i'm not in the middle east, i think the conflict in the middle east might have something to do with it. I'm still in the Philippines so I dont have problems at this moment. The only think I can advice for now is wait. I do tried cashing out to alertpay b ut it seemed like investing the money back to other sites is my only way to earn from it. I'm still cynical with the cashout system of alertpay.

When I was in the Philippines before I didn't face problem like this in terms of cashing out my earnings. I hope I can go vacation this year so I can get my Neobux funds in Paypal. For me alertpay is also good but the problem I cannot cashout also with this processor.
