My granddaughter April-fooled me

Yesterday while I was plucking flowers for my pooja, the landline phone rang. 
It was from my son’s daughter Munu in Hyderabad. She said, ‘Dadimaa, we are reaching there in one hour, please send Dadaji or Subash uncle to railway station.
Hubby took out his scooter to go to station. Just then there was another , she asked, ‘who is coming to fetch us’? I said ‘Dadaji is going’. She said, ‘Haha, APRIL FOOL, we are here in Hyderabad, Dadimaa!!!!

Hi Kalyani, I love April fool because it is the only day in the whole year when you can lie and get away with it. I have made my family April fool many times. On this April fool, i called my hubby at work and i told him that i had a big cut in my hand and the blood is not stopping. He immediately drove home to see me. When he came home to see me laughing hard on him, he got bit angry but then as i said 'i got away with it'.. Later that night, he tried to make me fool with his tricks but i survived...

That's funny! And a "nice" joke too! The only one I got was that the news said the army was changing their hats back to some real old version.. I was like "what?" Then they said it was April's fool!

I hope Dadaji wasn't upset at her April fools prank and he didn't drive too far before being informed of the prank.
We don't do much of anything for April fools, partly cause I don't want anyone mad at me and my face would give it away that I was fibbing so I'd never be able to pull it off.
