Did anyone receive a notification letter, which is from kardonick Settlement Administrator? This letter is about a lawsuit going on against Chase bank, which Chase 's credit card business engaged in breaches of contract, and unfair and deceptive practices about this "Payment Protection" plan. So, if you think had participate within this plan, you can claim your money from this settlement, all you need to do just go to www.KardonickSettlement.com, before 8 - 8 -2011. Any advise on this settlement? I probably would sign up for it, and ask for some repayment from this settlement.

I haven't heard anything about it. I would try to get some of the settlement money also if I felt that owed it to me. I know alot of places claim to have settlements but they never seem to pay out when the time is due.

Please be careful. This could be a scam. Besides, most of the money that gets returned goes to THE LAWYERS.
