A lot of websites, programs, exercises and medicine today are focused on how to get someone to lose weight. However, there are only few that focus on how to gain weight especially for a few resistant weight gainers like me. Haha.
I've always been skinny, too skinny as a matter of fact. Ever since I was a kid, I've been like this. I've even gotten skinnier because of the college stress. I'm not anorexic or bulimic. As a matter of fact, it's one of the reasons why I wanna gain weight. I don't want people to think that I have these disorders simply because I don't have them. I eat a lot, I really really do. A lot of times, my friends, parents, relatives and even unrelated people ask me where all of the food goes. I remember last month when I ate at Goldilocks and I ordered Nilaga and two cups of rice. When the waiter arrived, he brought two plates. Then when he saw that I was alone he said "Are you the only one eating Mam?", with a bit of surprise on his tone. In return I told him "yes, why? Is it that surprising". The waiter smirked and simply went away. Haha.
Anyway, I know a lot of people that want to gain weight but never do. I went to the doctor before to have a check up and see if there was something wrong with me. She asked me to undergo fecalysis, but the results were clear. The doctor told me that it could be just normal because I was still a teenager.
However, I still wonder if I ever will gain weight. I wanna be able to wear cool clothes and not let random people say behind my back that I'm too skinny. I wanna be healthy-looking, especially because I wanna be a doctor. Who would wanna go to a doctor who looks like she could be blown away with a strong gust of wind right? haha.
Do you know some ways to gain weight? Common tell me a secret!

Maybe eating a lot of carbohydrates and protein will help. Lots of bread, potatoes, rice. Lots of soy, red meat, chocolate, and milk.
Maybe building muscle will also help out. Building up to heavy lifting, just for short periods of time, like two repetitions every other day. Not a lot of repetitions of small weights because this makes you lose weight.
